How does it work?

Playbook Mobile App is the easiest way to create guides. Here are the basics and things you can do with it.

Get Started Login with Your Playbook Account

Home Screen Access All Your Guides in One Screen

Guides are listed under three categories:

  • Live: All approved guides fory your company
  • Drafts: Your personal guide drafts
  • In Review: All newly submitted guides are listed here for reviews. Once they are approved on the admin panel, they can be used in the Academy or the Updates.

Guıde Vıewer Tap on a Thumbnail to Go to the Guide Cover Screen to Review, Delete or Edit Guides and Select Guide.

Creatıng guıdes Tap to the Plus Icon From the Home Screen and Start to Using Guide Editor in Playbook.

Steps A Guide Consists of Steps

Each Step Can Have 4 Diferent Type of Content:

  • Video: Live recorded or can be uploaded from the gallery
  • Photo: Live capture or can be uploaded from the gallery
  • Text: Simple texts by adding via keyboard
  • Quiz: Consisting of a question and 2-4 choices with one correct answer

Organızatıon Editing Your Guide

Tapping the yellow circle gets you to the Organize Steps screen where you can:

  • Reorder steps by dragging
  • Add notes to video and photo steps
  • Delete steps

The Last Touch Set a Cover Image for Your Guide and Add a Title

Publısh Your guıde Finally, Hit Upload to Upload the Guide for Review or Save It as a Draft to Work on It a Later Time
